Privacy Policy

VERIDIX is a litigation intelligence infrastructure operated by ISSLA Global Services LLC. We process information about legal entities (CNPJ) and do not conduct personal background investigations.

Scope of processing

We collect, store, and analyze publicly available judicial and regulatory data about Brazilian legal entities. Personal data appearing incidentally in corporate records (directors, legal representatives) is processed under data minimization principles. CPF identifiers are masked in all reports.

Legal bases

• LGPD (Lei 13.709/2018) — Article 7, VI: legitimate interest of the controller.
• GDPR (Reg. EU 2016/679) — Article 6(1)(f): legitimate interest.
• PIPEDA (SC 2000, c.5) — processing of business and publicly available information (Canada).
• CCPA (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.100 et seq.) — for California residents whose data appears incidentally (USA).
• EU-Brazil Adequacy Decision (EU) 2026/179.

What this is NOT

This service is not a consumer report under the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). It may not be used for: credit eligibility, employment screening, insurance underwriting, tenant screening, or any decision regulated by FCRA or analogous regimes.

Your rights

Subjects whose personal data appears incidentally in our reports may request access, correction, restriction, or deletion by contacting privacy@veridixlitigation.io.

Retention & deletion

Generated reports are available to the requesting organization for 180 days. After that period reports are archived and only accessible upon written request. Audit logs are retained for 24 months for security and compliance purposes.
