These terms govern access to VERIDIX Litigation Intelligence Infrastructure™ operated by ISSLA Global Services LLC (“VERIDIX”, “we”). By accessing reports or platform features you accept these terms.

Service description

VERIDIX provides structured judicial intelligence on Brazilian legal entities. Reports are analyst-processed and intended for qualified institutional recipients. VERIDIX is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or litigation strategy.

Permitted use

Reports may be used solely for pre-decision diligence in M&A, litigation finance, disputes counsel, compliance onboarding, and strategic advisory contexts involving legal entities.

Prohibited use

• Personal background screening of individuals.
• Credit, employment, insurance, or tenant eligibility determinations.
• Republication or resale without a written enterprise license.
• Reverse engineering or scraping of the platform.

Limitations

Reports are produced from open-source judicial and regulatory data. Coverage is documented in each report's methodology section. VERIDIX does not independently verify all underlying public sources. Intelligence is provided as-is.

Liability

Subject to applicable law, VERIDIX's aggregate liability for any claim arising from a report is limited to the fees paid for that report. Reports are not a substitute for formal legal review by OAB-registered counsel.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Enterprise customers may negotiate a separate governing-law clause via NDA / MSA.
